Good Samaritan Foundation: Scholarship Program

GSF Scholarship is a humanitarian effort to educate highly motivated and academically strong college students with a Hispanic/Latino background. Status is not considered.



  • Priority given to students in living in the West side of Salt Lake City (i.e. Rose Park, Glendale, FairPark, WestPointe, Poplar Grove, etc.).
  • Students need to be accepted and/or attending a state college or university (i.e. SLCC, UofU, LDSBC, etc.)
  • Be a student in good standing making satisfactory progress towards a certificate or bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrate strong academic performance through GPA, test scores or other academic indicators
  • Must be able to attend a volunteer orientation and volunteer at RPNC for 10-15 hrs. per semester.
  • Please Note: Status is not considered when awarding scholarships. Open to citizens, residents, documented and undocumented students (with or without DACA).
